Following are technical memos and a cover letter to the Chehalis Basin Board and Office of Chehalis Basin director concerning the Quinault Indian Nation’s review of the April 2024 Revised 2024 Revised Project Description Report (RPDR) by the Chehalis Basin Flood Control Zone District (FCZD).
The technical review looks into overall feasibility of the proposed dam, fish passage concerns, water supply and availibility during construction and flood benefit quantification.
